Terms and Conditions.

The following are the terms and conditions of this purchase for the use, under license by Carsoft International LTD, of Carsoft software. In order to complete your purchase, you must acknowledge and agree to the Carsoft International LTD Terms and Conditions. You will not be directed to the check-out page without agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Purchase Terms :

The following are the terms of this purchase: 1. Carsoft International LTD WILL NOT ship anything until payment has cleared. This statement is inclusive of all payment methods including but not limited to: PayPal, Money Orders, and Credit Cards. 2. The products manufactured by Carsoft International LTD are warranted to be free of defect for a period of two years. You, the purchaser, acknowledge that you have read and understand the warranty terms found on this page: Guarantee. 3. This sale is subject to review by Carsoft International LTD and can be rejected if the sale is not per the conditions of sale set forth on any of the Carsoft International LTD web pages. Should the order be rejected, payments will not be retained. Credit cards will not be charged and PayPal payments will be refunded. 4. International Sales: All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The courier company normally pays these costs when they clear the package through customs in your country and will attempt to collect the same from you, either when the package is delivered or by invoice afterwards. The courier company may also assess a small fee for this service. Should you fail to pay the courier company, they will bill Carsoft International LTD instead and Carsoft International LTD will take whatever steps are necessary to recover these additional costs from you. 5. As indicated elsewhere, there is a fee for exchanges due to a customer error. To process an exchange, the customer must contact Carsoft International LTD via phone at +32/19.54.54.29 or email to sales@carsoftsales.com. 6. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Carsoft International LTD does not promise same day shipment. We commit to typically shipping within one (1) business day from the receipt of payment. Backordered items will typically ship within one(1) business day of receipt of goods to inventory. 7. Orders are shipped Insured and signature required. It is assumed that the shipping address provided is one at which a signature can be obtained. Carsoft International LTD will not be held responsible for delays to obtain signatures. A customer waiving the signature requirement, assumes all responsibility for any loss of goods in transit from Carsoft International LTD to the destination. Carsoft License Use : 1.
